I just got DD2's installed the other day and I have the wastegate set to about 30psi. I know fuel is directly related to boost levels but I'm wondering, if for example, the wastegate was disabled what kind of boost levels could I expect with the DD2's and a BD PNP? I'm guessing 33-35psi which is the upper limit of my efficiency range for my stock turbo. Right?

My waste gate is was set on 24 psi with a turnbuckle and spring with stock injectors.

When I added DDII's it jumped my boost to 27psi. I wouldn't recommend disabling your wastegate alltogether, but if you did - your boost could go higher than that. :)

Added on edit: Because you have the boost elbow you will probably see appx 33-35 which is the top end of you HX35.

Forget about boost numbers and set your wastegate for EGT up to about 35 PSI. That is as high as you want to go with a stock turbo. Below that tune it to hit 1250-1300* on a hard pull and you will get boost air that is cooler and more power than if you had set it up for the most boost you can get. There is such a thing as too much boost for a given fuel rate.
