Who makes them? I need to get a bushing to reduce my BigBrother to 3. 0" for the IRP event. I am not even sure what the compressor size is on the BB but I think it's around 3. 4 does that make sense.

we made ours out a hunk of aluminum from MSC and about an hour on the lathe. Should be fairly simple for any machinist to wheel out in a short time. They will prolly need the compressor housing and you need to give them a depth of where the fins sit on the housing. You want to be close but allow for some clearence

I'd be happy to give you a hand with that BBD. I'm a few hours away, but If you can get it here I can do the machine work. I probably have a piece of material laying around.

RedRam: The water pump isn't on as of yet, I am going to go with something else you I discussed and do it then :G Besides they sent me one 1 3/4" end and one 1 1/2" so waiting on another 1 3/4" fitting. I did J/B weld a new freeze plug in, lowered the EEP pressure relief valve to 10psi, and cliped two fins off the water pump. I will see if that helps this Saturday at the pull in Houghson, CA.

jwilliams3: I think I fit better in that class then the Mod like last year. I had to pay Gene a small fortune to create a class that would allow a four link suspension :D

Cumminsman: Negative the four link isn't going anywere heck that's probbally the only thing that let me drive off the track last year with all the pogo stuff going on its stout. what I did do is remove the shocks and inserted turn buckles so the rear is solid and the air bags are used to adjust up and down and are my working suspension as well when the turn buckles are un bolted.

Thanks on the tips for the bushing guy's but I haven't even seen one, can somebody snap a picture and e-mail to me. I have acess locally to machine shops and CNC Machines/laths etc... . I think I know somewhat as to what it should look like but it doesn't look like it would be very big because of the fins are you saying notch it for the fins?

Thanks

BBD

Ron, thanks for the offer bud, but I don't think I can make it out your way before I depart, unless I pull the housing at the J&H event and hand it off to you then pick it up on the way to IRP the next weekend.

Thanks

BBD

So I couldn't get anybody to send me a picture of one. this is what we had made up. Am far off base on these or what ? this one will take the BigBrother down to 2. 99 to meet the 3. 0 rule in the Super Street class.

It's imposible to move inward as it lips over the edge of the housing I have a rubber piece that slides over the housing and and then window screen folds over that followed by a clamp I will try and get a picture of it installed this weekend.

Here are some pics I took today. if anybody is intrested in this one or having one made I can put you intouch with the guy who made this one.
