How about the Amsoil filter?

I have an Amsoil Foam filter that's been in my truck for over three years. I've cleaned it every year in July, which is the anniversary month it went in. I check the turbo blades and they are always dry, as is every other area around the turbo inlet. I've heard the K&N's have seal problems in our trucks. Maybe the Amsoil filter is the way to go for those who want a high flow oiled air filter system.

Dirt isn't the only thing you have to worry about.

When my truck had about 2000 miles on it, took the tube off and looked at the turbo blades and to my surprise I found the remains of a sticker on one of the blades! You know a little sticker about the size of a price tag?

It was worn down enough that I could not make out the numbers on it, but I did take the rest of it off.

The things you find if you look hard enough!

Hey guys!

I can see enough differences to tell it IS different, but it sure looks a LOT like the stock element on my '92!!!
