I was reading on high tech turbo's website that they have a turbo compressor side up grade they sale. It looks like for a wh1c it is a bolt on up grade. Has anybody bought or used one of these set ups? I see they also make a kit for the hx35 bUT you have to do some machine work. I WONDER IF THIS WOULD BE A BETTER UPGRADE THEN GOING TO A 14CM EX HOUSING. I THINK THIS WOULD MAKE IT KIND OF LIKE A DODGEZILLA TURBO?

I did a Stage IV upgrade on my H1C a couple years ago. The one you are looking at is probably sorta the same. 60mm wheel, compressor housing, and a backing plate. I heard the new ones you machine your old plate. A Stage III kit was a 60mm 8 blade wheel, a IV was a 60mm 6 blade that was deeper, so it needed a groove in the backing plate. I already had a 16cm ex housing. If you do both it will wake it up pretty good. If you plan on adding more fuel in the future, a bigger turbo is much better. This is just a bandaid for a little more air.

I just went and read your sig again, you're better off to upgrade to a S300 type turbo with the fuel you have. I only have a set of 370's, and I can hit 1600* with a bigger IC, my hybrid turbo, 4" exhaust from the turbo back, and an ATS manifold.
