I currently have an edge juice and I am looking at DDP Stage 3 injectors (110hp). I tow 7000lbs a few times in the summer. I've been looking at turbos and I'm wondering if an HTT HTB2 62mm/12cm2 or an HTB2 62mm/14cm2 would be right for my setup. I'd like to be able to tow without worrying about EGTs but don't want too big of a turbo that takes forever to spool. I've driven a truck with too big of a turbo and I think it's worse than having too small of a turbo. Thanks.

For towing, stick with the 12cm housing. As long as I keep my rpms above 1900 or so, my HTB2/12 does a good job of cooling while towing. Add 100-200 rpm with the 14cm housing.

I agree on the HTB2 62/12! That's what I have and I love it! I talked to Rip Rook(Source Automotive) and he suggested the 12 over 14. Good luck.

My vote is for the HT2B 62/12 also. Rip Rook from Source Automotive recommended it to me also and I'm very happy with it. It spools very well with the auto trans. and towing my 29' fifth wheel.
Regards, Mike.
