Turbo housings help solve EGT's problems?

Is the 16cm turbo available with a wastegate?
I've only seen folks talk about the non-wastegated version.

The 16cm I was talking about is for the HX35,not the HX40. I do know there are companies that make an exhaust brake that go under the cab,but the engine retarding isn't instant like it is with a turbo mount unit. You have to wait for the two-three feet of exhaust pressure to build up before it slows you down.
The other thing is the price... I'm not going to buy another,more expensive exhaust brake.

At what fueling/boost levels (or is it more of an EGT thing) does one decide to move up to a 14cm, how much more for 16cm and how much more for the HX40?

Adding the EZ box was the best excuse I've come up with yet for installing the hx40. Well that and living at 7000+ feet. Nice having that bigger compressor.
