Towed 12K out of state numerous times last summer with mods in my sig and havent had a problem with the htt so far (appx 1. 5 years now?)

I sent my original turbo to HTT to have them make a hybrid out of it. I'm happy with the quality of the work and have had no problems with it. They were great people to work with. As with anything in life, there will be a small percentage of maunfactured items that fail, but this is usually a small number compared to the amount of products a company produces. This is true wether it's turbos, TVs, refridgerators, tractors, computers, etc. Perhaps it's just a fluke with yours and calling the company will get you some satisfaction. Maybe they can rebuild it for a fair price. Good luck.

Yea im gonna call where i purchased it from as well as HTT. My buddies has same prob as well , so lets see what they say.

RolandJ, I've had my HTT 62/12 on for a couple years and so far it has performed great. No complaints with it. Please give your original vendor and HTT a chance to see if they can make things right by you. I've learned over the years that if you are nice but persistent, people will usually be fair. I don't want to insult you but don't expect something free on something that is out of the normal warranty. But if you give them a chance, I would expect some sort of help with the cost because you didn't get expected life out of the product. I've ordered a lot of stuff from Rip Rook, at Source Automotive, the last 3 years and he has bent over backwards to take care of me when something wasn't right. One example was, my old Dipricol isolator finally failed. I ordered a new updated one from Rip. I put it in and everything was fine. Two days later the fuel gauge wasn't responding again. I pulled the new isolator off and found the diaphragm was bad in it. I called Rip and he sent a new one over night with a return for the old one, no questions asked. He didn't design it, he didn't build it, but he took care of his customer that he sold it to. Give your vendor a chance and he can put pressure on the manufacturer. I hope this helps.

Regards, Mike.
