Turbo leaking oil and need torque specs for installation

My early '04 is leaking oil from the turbo where the snap ring holds the compressor housing to the bearing housing. It is a slow leak that has caused oil to accumulate on the bottom of the housing and onto the hose that connects it to the intercooler. I have a holset rebuild kit on order, and need to know the torque specs for installation of the turbo. Mainly the torques for the exhaust clamp and for the intercooler hose connections which have the spring loaded clamps. Thanks
