Well, it has happend again. I am getting rust through my spray in bedliner (Turboliner). I had the bedliner sprayed when I bought my truck new. I had to take it back last year because it was rusting through toward the front of the bed. They re-sprayed it and the rust is coming back through. #@$%! Anyone else having issues? I am getting nervous what my bed is looking like underneath the coating. Below are pics of what I am talking about.

Mine is doing fine after 4 years but most of my time is spent in the arid southwest. I too, bought mine from Dave Smith.

Thank you.

Thickness should be 1/8". You have to remember that although it is alot thinner than Rhino it is much tougher. 1/8" of Turboliner has more tear strength than a 1/4" of Rhino. There is a dealer in El Cajon CA. Phone # is

619-579-8888.
Thanks bs4x4. It's sprayed right at that thickness. I'll keep that number.

No luck from either turboliner or Dave Smith Motors accessory department. Between the both of them, at least a dozen messages and zero call backs. I am left with a substandard spray in bedliner or a substandard person applying it (twice) and rust on a two year old truck. Buyer beware.

John has told me he has yet to recieve a phone call or message from you.

I've had 4 turboliners in 4 trucks with no problems. Appearance, adhesion, and durability have been excellent. The problem I see with your picture is Dodges issue not the bedliner. The two pieces of bed metal were not welded or sealed from the factory resulting in rust that wil bleed through a liner.

You're wrong. When you look real close you can see the bedliner is cracked. The liner itself is maybe 1/16'' thick in this area.

Both areas where the rust is appearing is coming through the crack in the bedliner. Both sides are cracked after being sprayed twice.
