Turbo Master?

I used to have one on my stock turbo and I have a friend that wants one but I forgot where to get it.

I have one sitting on my bench ready to install. Does the boost come up faster with the TM installed vs. the stock setup? Can you describe your "good results". Just looking for info. Thanks Phil

It didn't make the spooling any faster but it made my boost max out from 21lbs stock with and Edge Comp to 33-35lbs where I set it to go to. The stock turbo seemed to be good for that range of boost and the turbo master got it there. Great piece of equipment for 100 bucks.

so this turbomaster thing uses exhaust drive pressure to dictate the pressure when the wastegate cracks open???

So,aside from it being basically an adjustable boost elbow (to adjust boost pressure) , what are the benefits to installing one?



I've been told that egt's don't rise as fast when towing longer grades... True??

I have used them on twin set-ups on the top turbo,they take up a lot less room compared to trying to use a stock actuator. Plus they are easier(IN MY OPINION) to fine tune boost.
