I am going to replace my oil feed line that goes from the top of the oil flter housing to the turbo charger. I believe that the fitting on top of the oil filter housing is a 1/8 NPT but do not know what size oil line is used and what size/type fitting is on the turbo side? any help appreciated.

I will be replacing with -XAN fittings and hose once I get this figured out. The hose is leaking and figured I might as well make it look a little better when replacing anyways.

Any effect of changing the size connectors and hose on the oil delivery to the turbo? I would not think so as there are still only 1/8 NPT fitting at the filter base. It can only flow so much oil correct? Any benefits to increasing from what appears to be a 1/8 line to -6AN?

Thanks

Phil

Does anyone know of a place to get adapters from M12x1. 5 to -6AN fittings? Is there another name for the M12x1. 5 size fitting?

Thanks

Thanks guys!!

I have ordered the 1/8 to -6AN adapter and the 12x1. 5mm to -6an adapter. I also ordered one stright swivel -6AN hose end and one 90 degree -6AN hose end and some stainless hose. This should allow me to build the oil line for the turbo without problems and will match the oil feed and return lines on my oil bypass system. Should look nice and provide good protection.

I will post pics once completed.
