Really want something just a FUZZ larger than the 40. Want a bigger shaft and I'd rather be in the mid-range of turbo's performance level than the upper end--which everyone says 475HP is for a 40.

Question. Will DD3's and UFM spool a B1 standard housing?

They will spool it but you will want a KSB1 for twins. The std housing is just too big for daily driving in town.

the ksb1 really rips but really should be wastegated for a 400 + hp truck.

Hey,, so still not catering to the guys with two Dodge/Cummins? ;D

Bigger than a 40? Don't run a '50, they aren't as strong as they need/should be.

Mid next week, I'll report to yall how my mystery twins spool/flow. My current 40/16-3B/26 just isn't cutting it anymore,,, 1700+*F and 78PSI,,, I need to get the air in, and out faster.

The HX40 is a . 53 kg/s turbo, HX35 is a . 46kg/s huffer, and the HY/X30 is . 35 kg/s.

The HT3B is . 74 kg/s and the BHT3B is . 76 kg/s.

The larger the secondary turbo is the less compounding effect you get.

The HX40 really should have A much larger primary mated to it.

Ideally a 1. 16kg/s turbo assuming 20% for ineffiency ;):)
