Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) turbo question

Has anyone ever ran an hx-35 and an hx-50 in a twin set-up.



My buddy can get an hx 50 really cheap and wondered what you all thought about it.



Does anyone know where i can get some plumbing a twin set-up or what type of pipe to use to build our own.

Oh I suppose it could be alright, but I imagine the headache and price of the wastegates and plumbing would put you into a nice hybrind single range. I would guess it would be good for only about 500HP. Also depends on the size of the HX50 exhaust housing if you would need two external wastegates or not.
