I want to upgrade to Bully Dog III's later this year. What levels of boost could I expect to see with these injectors installed with the rest of my setup staying the same? Would this exceed the effective use of my turbo? I've heard the HX-35 is effectively used out to 33-34 psig.

John,

My personal opinion is anything beyond RV275 or [brand X] stage 1 injectors coupled with an EZ type box is really getting beyond the ability of an HX/HY35 turbo. My setup, when I had the EZ before my Comp box, I could easily get 35+PSI on an HX40 with DD3's.

I would highly recommend a Piers HX40 :D

You will be past the range of that HX. I know I am slowly killing my HY. I see 35+psi without my comp on. With it on I have seen 42.

I would start looking into an HX-40 or something like it.

With any luck I will have my HX40 by next weekend.

John, the other guys are right, a PDR Hx40 turbo would be the next step. It's great for towing, allows you to use all that power with a load behind you! (I love mine for towing)

Another option would be to forget the injectors temporarily, and add a TST Powermax 3 to the EZ Edge, or sell the Edge and get an Edge Comp which has both timing and fuel in one. The adavantage here is in-cab adjustability. Power levels can be reduced with an in-cab box, for safe towing, but you can't adjust injector levels. So the fuel box will give you a little more power that you can take back down, when necessary. The EZ Edge and the PM 3 work well together, EGT's are actually lower when the two are run in combination.

Briar Hopper that's not a bad thought. Easier than installing new injectors, too. With an additional fueling box, would my stock turbo be OK? Which box should be connected first in-line, or do they run parallel? I hope that's a clear question?
