Turbo Questions

I am looking to uprade the turbo in my truck. I decided on getting a 14cm exaust housing and having it ported. What are my options on the compressor side? Should i just get a whole new turbo. I've heard mix reviews on the hx35 vs hx40. Or can i get just a new compressor housing and wheel to bolt to my current turbo. End goal whould be 350 -400 horse. Thanks

I Run The Htt Stage Iii With A 16cm. I Really Like It . I Tow Alot Of The Time And It Fixed My Turbo Flutter Problem. The Whistle It Makes Is Pricless.

From what I've read I think if you are seriously planning 400 hp you'd be better off getting a whole new turbo... . and one upsized from an HX35.

I am looking at the phat shaft 62 or 64 for a repacement, dont know which yet. I am leaning towards the 64 but a friend of mine has an 05 with TST stacked with MP8 and says its a little too much... . until he gets his modded cp3.

350-400hp goal, you'll need to skip the hx35. Go with a hx40 or htb2 from www.htturbo.com.
