Previous owner knew nothing about cool down time and my HX-35 is near death. I need a good price on a new or reman. HX-35 12cm2 stock turbo for my 99. Anyone turning out quality reman's or should I go for a new one? Anyone have a left over from a bomb upgrade?

Thanks... ..... Bill

If you just want a stock replacement. Go to your locall Cummins dealer. Exchange it for a recon or rebuild it. Unless its melted down bearings and seals should do it.

If your still stock,Y not use the 5/100K warranty? in your sig it says only 55K miles. See if they let a Cummins shop do the work, that would be even better.

If the warranty thing doesn't work for you, I have my stock turbo I just pulled off. I don't know what a reasonable price would be though. I see you're in S. D. so you're pretty close to me.
