Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Those of you that are pulling in a limited turbo class... and are able to sleeve the turbo to fit the class rules. . what are the rules for running the sleeve??? I know some must be welded... is there a rule on how long the sleeve has to be?? Anyother things to look at when installing a sleeve??
