I just got back from the dealer the CEL or MIL light has been turning on and off for the last week. Three times to be exact last night was the last one to turn on. I did try the three times key trick but no luck. ( I will be buying a code reader at the end of the month) I hade three codes stored in the ECM 1was P2262 Turbo Booster Pressure Not Detected and two codes that read P016A Level 2 Torque Perf. Parts are on order to clean the Turbo. I bought the truck last November and have put on 13,171 miles since then. I use the truck as a daily driver and to two my 5er during the summer months. I always run with the exhaust brake on, in fact I asked if the dealer could enable the exhaust brake to stay on all the time. Service writer said discuss this with the tech, I will do this when they clean the Turbo. I tried to get the truck up to 50 MPH or better for an 1/2 hour a week at a steady state. I guess this did not work. When the warranty runs out I will look at doing things a little different till then Dodge will be cleaning the turbo a lot. I also inquired about the Dodge/Cummins DVD that is out you now have to pay $3. 33 for the DVD and Label. Never received a letter from Dodge saying the DVD was available so I guess thats why I had to pay $3. 33.

The DVD was put together by Dodge and Cummins. In the DVD they explain about the new 6. 7L engine and the emission system. They also explain about the DPF unit on the truck. The DVD points out the different warnings you can get and what you should do to resolve them on the OHD. The DVD also contains a sticker that is to be placed on the sun visor ( I put mine in the glove box). A second supplemental owner's manual is also include just on the engine and exhaust system. For under $4. 00 dollars it is worth buying just to under stand more about the truck and engine. I believe you might find a copy of the DVD somewhere on this web site to review. Hope that helps.

Yes, I would asked the parts guy at your locale Dodge dealer if they had the DVD/CD in stock.

Mine guy found the DD/CD after looking for a little while, he found the DVD/CD (there is also a CD in the kit, but I have not listen to it yet. ). The parts guy asked if I wanted the DVD/CD and said the cost was $3. 33. I have read were some got it free, but who knows?

I also reread my post and I saw were I fat fingered the second code, the second code was P061A. Anyone seen this code before?

Thanks in advance

I pulled this from the recept from my Dealer. The part number is 68049170AA The part name came up as a Label for $3. 33. I hope this helps.
