How do turbos avoid being clogged or unbalanced with soot?

I'm only guessing but if your turbo becomes clogged with soot, you may have too large of injectors lol? I've heard of Mega Mentals and Prince of Darkness but you may have "I've lost my gourd" models if your turbo clogs up?

i'd say that spinning at 100,000 rpms



and a nice stiff 1200 - 1500 degree breeze



would tend to keep the buildup to a minimum
