Turbo specs?

I'm hoping someone can help me out. From this part number, can anyone tell me what size housing and possibly what year CTD this turbo came off? Part # 3534921 off from a hx35w.

hy35 to hx35

Alright, I figured the part number thing might be difficult, but there has to be members out there that have changed their turbos to the hx35w from the hy35. Did you also have to secure a new elbow between the turbo and the down pipe? My hy35 bolts fast to the rear of the turbo housing and the hw35 has a flange that seems to use a clamp type coupling similar to the coupling that attaches the intake side to the IC hose. Any help on this topic would be great.
