Does the stock turbo have an 1/8 inch npt tap in it?? I want a boost guage! my truck is 23 ish miles away and i forgot to look??? Figiured you people could tell me wheather or not I needed to tap it my self!!

Hey Frank,



Not sure what you are up to but there is no hole in the manifold for a pyrometer. You need to drill and tap one. There is a 1/8" NPT plug in the intake manifold for a boost fitting. It is directly to the left of the master cylinder. Hope that helps.

Your stock H1C holset turbo does not have a 1/8 pipe tap in it like the later HX35 does for the waste gate actuator.
