I have the ISSPRO turbo temp monitor in my truck an it was working good until yesterday. I went to work @ 5:45 pm and left the truck to the monitor's control, after working a 12 hr. shift the truck was still RUNNING:--) :( . Luckily it didn't run out of fuel because it was really close to empty when I got back to it. ( it had 1/4 of a tank when I left it the night before and burned about a 1/4 tank in the time that it ran. The only thing that I noticed before last night is that it seems to vary the run time greatly (from 10 sec. to 20+ minutes) The led that I have wired in is also lit with the kill switch off( don't remember it like that before). what is up, is it fried, or something else wrong?

I would be more concerned with cylinder wash at this point, after running 12 hours at idle in Alaska, during the winter.

scary

It made me a little nervous about it running that long, but so far so good(I hope) . it was at operating temp all night, (was still almost 200 Deg. when I got back to it. And I have noticed it will go into and out of high idle really often, so it MIGHT be alright.

It could be a stuck relay in the ttm. The other thing I've noticed on my truck is that if the grid heaters are on it won't cool down below 300 degrees - until they turn off. Any chance the grid heaters were stuck on?
