Yes, but you have to plug the solenoid hose.

Then you have to run a new boost feed to the wastegate diaphram.

You want to leave the command valve installed. However you want to cut the hose between the valve and canister. Install a bolt and hose clamp on the valve side to seal it off. Then you want to install a brass boost elbow or the like (boost feed from intake... like a boost gauge line) and run that feed to your canister. That will manually power and operate your wastegate.

What is the size difference between the 2004 and 2004. 5 and up turbos? I am looking for something that is a 100% bolt in replacement for my 2004 that I use for towing.
