need some help can not locate. I started using the tdr links page one day and I came across a business that offered the 16cm turbo housing & gaskets for $125. 00 if you are a TDR member. now I can not find it wanted to know if anyone has seen it and could give me the web address thanks.

Does this sort of thing happen often?
You saw the add in the TDR Website's "Classified" Section under the "Potential Business" heading. No web address; just a telephone number. TST is the MOST expensive source... everyone else is cheaper.

Thanks EZ94 that was driving me crazy. as for the STML it seems to be happining more often than not. also has any one out there purchased the housing from this place? are they top quality?

The vendor is a private party and a TDR member. He doesn't accept credit cards. He will ship the turbo to you COD which adds about $10. 00 to the purchase price. Credit cards protect you in case there are any problems which is why I prefer them in these situations. Also, if his business is legit he can get set up VERY easily with VISA/MC, etc. Why he doesn't, I don't know. If you buy from him ask for references.

BTW, I'll soon be needing a 16cm2 turbo so let me know how you make out.

EZ- a lot of people don't know this, but card issuers charge the merchant anywhere from 2. 5-4% or more on each invoice charged to a card. Add to this the cost of the equipment and a dedicated phone line, and it's easy to see why some merchants don't accept plastic. For many, including myself, it's not economically feasible given how few customers choose to use cards.
