With these things, if you assume snake oil, you'll be right about 90% of the time... .

Looks like another magnet to me. If these work then maybe I will coil a 100 foot extension cord around the fuel line and then plug in a 1500 watt halogen bulb to the cord. The question is whether I would save enough gas to make up for the power used by the altenator.

Actually, if you wrap the cord around the front bumper, making a giant electromagnet, switched from inside the cab, you can latch on to the bumper of a big rig and save ALOT of fuel!:-laf
