iam going to be putting a turbo on my truck and i have been looking at the htb2 or the ksb1. Down the line i am looking to upgrade to a twin set and i want to be able to use the single that i buy now. as the small turbo. Do you have any recommendation which configuation of htb2 that I should get. Also do you have any recommendations on which turbo i should use as the lower. I am thinking of the of the B-2/s400 or the ht3b



What kind of lag am i going to have. with the single.



I have a 2000 w/6sp edge comp, 200 hp injectors, intake and exhaust. All gauges and fuel upgrades.

A B-2 is a large charger the turbo, lag is going to be noticable. It depending on what you want to do with your truck. I think that it would be too larger for a top charger. Im running a HTT Super betta X Charger. it a 68mm intake 14cm exhaust. There is some lag but not too bad. I run my truck on the street. I have 240 hp injectors and HAD "key word" red line box and hot rod pump ran great. I switched to a race P-Pump.
 
the b-2 or ht3b will be used as a lower turbo in the future but i need to have a small turbo (ht2b or ks b-1)that will work with one of lower turbos.
 
I vote for a Super Phat Shaft 62 for now and add a B2 for your Primary charger in the twins.



The SPS will have a much better turbine wheel (exhaust side) and will make a great top charger or single.



THe B2/S400 will package easier than the HT3B.

HTB2 62 would be a good candidate. I have one on my 01. 5 and hardly notice any difference as far as spool up. PM if you need any more help.
