I need help with a turn signal/ tail light problem. I have checked the obvious things, flasher, bulbs, fuse. I have power in and out of the fuse as well as power into the brake light switch and power out of the brake light switch with the brake depressed. I am thinking it may be the turn signal switch. Any help would be appreciated. I also need to know how to get the two piece plastic cover apart that accesses the turn signal, they appear to be snapped together. Are they snapped together, if so how do I unsnap them. There is one one star screw on the bottom of the two piece plastic cover that surrounds the turn signal switch.

just take the screw out but it seems like there's 2 or 3, been years since I took that apart, the top and the bottom will then come apart easily

There are three star screws from the bottom that holds the cover together, the outside ones are deep. I am having the same problem that you are having. I changed the turn-wiper unit and it did not fix mine. I am watching with interest on this one.

I am having the same issue as well. Fuse # 4 & 5 keep blowing in the PDC. The combination flasher (resistor canistor) seems to be working fine, actually replaced with a new unit from NAPA. Replaced both fuses and the turn signals, brake lights, and hazards worked fine for a while, then nothing. Not sure when I lose the brake lights but I notice when I lose the turn signals. Must be a short that happens when I hit a bump??? Any ideas other than the standard; chase the wiring harness. I have not connected a trailer to the truck reciently and I have not changed or adjusted the brake controller. I will post a solution if I find it, and if any one else has an idea(s) that would be great.

Forgot to mention that the dealer just replaced the CTM (Central Timer Module). The service manual does not say if there is any of the brake or turn signal data passes through the CTM or on the CCD data bus. . Could this be the short that is causing my blown fuses and no lights?

Truck is fixed!! I believe that the combination flasher (resistor canistor) was bad. I reaplaced the unit from NAPA with one from Dodge since I could not put the cover on the fuse box and several folks mentioned that this is the only unit that would work after reading a few other similar posts. I have not had any problems and all my lights are working properly. I have never seen fuses blown from a bad canister. Hope this helps guys in the future if they have a similar problem.
