We are heading south in a couple of months before the real cold starts here in NC. But would like to get a small effective electric heater for our 34 foot 5er. Who among us has an opinion and or experience with too few or too many BTU?

All small heaters put out the same amount of heat based on the amps they draw. Ceramic, oil, or resistance if it draws 12 Amps or so, they are all the same! Chris

Ive used the small ceramic heaters as sold in places like wally world for about $30. They even have remotes now.
Snoking said it. If it works in a 15 amp circuit, theyre all pretty much all the same. About 1500 watts.
Went round and round with the MIL one day about this. "But they told me the amish one is better" etc etc.:-laf
Yea....ok.

Thanx, I saw a bunch of 1500 watt units at wally world and was wondering if ceramic or resistance coil was better for a small confined space. Sounds like it doesn't make a difference as long as they shut off when turned over.
