I turned 100K on my 01 last week. So far the only thing I've replaced (other than normal maintenance (belt, coolant, diff lube)) is the IAT sensor and that's because I wanted to.
She is running great and I still love the truck. I've though about a new one but this one has no rattles, lots of power and has been a pleasure to drive.
This has been the best truck I've ever owned. It still has the original tires and they haven't reached the wear bars yet. I keep waiting.
Over the weekend, I changed the oil and filter and the fuel filter. The turbo pressure hoses all needed a little snugging but that's all I could find to do to the engine.

You need to get out more. 
Mine got a head gasket at about 100K and a clutch every 100K. But it pulls about 70% of the time. It has gone through lp's at about an 80K interval and my tires go about 45-50K and are gone. But the spare looks like new at 260K. 
The first set of rear pads was done at 244K and it's about ready for the second set of front pads. Other than that it just runs. And it does'nt rattle either. I really believe that time is harder on a truck than highway miles.
I just purchased an 01 this mo. hope mine is like Alan's, trouble free 4EVER!!!
