What benefit do you get by being able to turn a higher RPM than factory set RPM, I am modified(read truck profile), do you need to replace your valve springs so as not to float the valves, at say a certain RPM and up. Like 3400 and up you would need heavier duty springs. I've noticed that with my new TST R49ap I have no rev limiter and the truck keeps pulling well on up to 3600 RPM and more, I did it once and didn't really mean to, I just dont want to hurt anything, someone smarter than me please... ... ...
