Turning on 2015 Cab And chasis speaker

I have a 2015 Ram 3500 Cab and Chasis with 5.0 uconnect. The only speakers that work are the 2 front door. I've been doing my research was wondering if anyone figured out how to turn the ones on the dash or the rear doors on? They are there but disabled. Could you do it with Alpha Obd? Thanks for the help

AlfaOBD may very well be able to turn them on. I’d run a configuration printout then compare it to a known Cab & Chassis truck with all working speakers and check the differences.

Thanks. Looking to stay stock but I'll go aftermarket if I have to .

are the speakers physically wired and the fader on for the back? I just don't remember the speakers going through a canbus. Later I'll look in my FCA service manual. I have Alpha also but am a little backed up on projects right now.

From the research I have done is that they are there they are wired. however what ever radio you put in there even if it came out of a non cab chasis it disables the fader option and just does the front doors. The solutions I've found is add a amp to run the others or put in aftermarket deck. If there are others like ferting into it with Alpha OBD great. I ordered one seems like a good thing to have. I want to add a backup camera to whatever I decide to do down the line.

Alfa OBD is truly great, it will help you a lot in the long run.

Forgot to mention.....I’ll bet this is a 2013 through maybe 2016 or 2017 issue. As I said on CF, my 2018 has all speakers working with the same 5.0 Radio.

Yes it's a 13 to 16 issue. Totally wierd. I'm going to try Alpha OBD before I go get a new head unit.
