Came home running fine. Went out to start to run up town and real long crank and then started did it twice.
Now it will only crank. Anyone out there help.
Here is what I have tried:
Took off the juice,EZ, and took ppe out back to stock on pcm
Took the fass out buy hooking up factory pump.
Changed cam and crank sensors.
I plugged my return line at the rail pressure regulator. (when I removed this banjo bolt on top of the pressure relief valve and cranked over the motor fuel came out. I was told fuel should not come out when only cranking over the motor. It did so I took the line off and put a plug in it. Now if the pressure relief valve on the fuel rail was bad fuel should go up and stop at the plug and build pressure in the rail right?)
When it cranks my tach moves so I think it is reading the rpm sensor cam/crank.
Also when it cranks I get real light smoke out the exhaust so I think fuel is making it to the cylinders.
Do I need to somehow prime everything now.
I think I have checked everything I can. I am down to PCM having gone bad or CP3 maybe?
Any ideas would be great.
It just doesn't make sense out it was running so good then nothing.
What am I missing got to be something stupid (i hope).
