We watch Home Improvement (Jill is hot) and Simpsons (Marge is hot :-laf ) plus King of the Hill (Peggy is, well, married)



Primetime lineup just plain stinks.



Lets not forget DuhTec Mortage, they advertise 8 times per hour.

My wife and I got rid of our cable 8 months ago. We have NO TV programming period. I might rent a movie once everyother month. We just read and listen to music on the radio or surf the net when we are home and have nothing to do.



It has been the best 8 months in a long time. Plus saving the $50/month is not to shaby either. You guys should try it ... you'll be amazed how much nicer life is when you don't sit down and watch the crap on the boob tube. You'll also be amazed at how many other thing you can get done around the home when there is no TV.



Try it!!! save your money. And if you have a set back, just put an antenna up and watch the local stuff if you have to ... but put on a nice radio station instead and read a book, magazine, or something else.

oh come on, why not be like everyone else and sue the FCC, CIA, FDA, OCC and everyone else because you can't put forht the effort or take the resonsibility of simply clicking the "up" or "down" button on the channel changer?

Truck Universe on Speed channel sucks. You ever see those 2 queers workin on brandy new trucks, wearing blue latex gloves? THIER GLOVES AINT EVEN DIRTY!! Then they have the "Scott shop towels" garage tip of the day. the question goes: Whats the best way to clean greasy tools and hands, SCOT SHOP TOWELS OF COURSE! No duh. If it was not for the hot babes, FEAR FACTOR... Stupid show, but damn good eye candy! I do not understand the whole concept of having to eat sick stuff... Never have, but that's ok... To each their own!

Let me revise my earlier statement. ALL of the shows that do nothing but man-bash. So basically everything ever shown on Lifetime channel, Oxygen channel or any other female oriented channel out there.



This also includes all soap opera's and most daytime TV. It's funny though. As much TV as I watch I thought the list would be longer...

7th Heaven.

That's funny. 7th Heaven is the only show I've truly enjoyed since they took Cosby off the air.



I don't think a quality family-friendly show has been made in ages. It's made me seriously consider just getting rid of TV entirely. I have a dish, and it seems that I now have more crap than ever coming into my home. I thought it would give me options!!



Well, there *is* Law and Order! That's the only saving grace in TV.



And that new show "the Closer" with Kyra Sedgwick is pretty good, but not a family show.

Here Here, Tim you have got it right, what ever happened to the good shows like Dragnet, MASH, Gilligan's Island and other funny and serious shows. Shows that actually had a plot and didn't play on the emotions and stupidity of the mass public. Have we actually gotten so dumb that we have to watch a scenario of 12 people trying to survive on an island and then get voted off, WTF. Did anyone ever vote Gilligan off, how bout the skipper, or the professor, Maybe Mr. and Mrs Howell, or perhaps Mary Ann, or better yet Ginger because she made every girl jealous and man drool. I don't know what the world is coming to, but i miss the old days, and i am not all that old (19), it only makes me wonder how much TV is going to suck by the time i am 40 :{
