Twin Stock Turbo Setup?

93 d250. I got 2 stock turbos and I want to run some more boost. So here's my questions:
Is running twins with stock turbos a alright idea?

What do I need to do to prepare for the boost? (injectors, fuel pump, head studs, ect.)

Waste gates? Do I need a bigger intercooler?

Unless doing it as a compound set up (in which case you are restricted by housing size and airflow wont be much better hence still choking it), how are you figuring on hooking it to the manifold to make a twin turbo as your thread title suggests?
