Did you guys clock these turbos yourselves? Also, did you clock the turbo before or after creating the piping? Thanks.

I've made changes, but again, I'm lacking in time to see the project to completion.
I would start by fabricating the entire exhaust side of the turbos from manifold to muffler, then I would work on the cold side piping. I used a 2 1/2 inch schedule 40 standard radius 90 to fabricate my exhaust manifold to attach the secondary turbo (I purchased this from a local supplier for less than $4). I have found on the internet through turbo suppliers blank exhaust flanges for a mere $25. You can use 1" plate and have it plasma-arched for as much or less. It depends on how well you know the guy with the plasma-arc!
For the V-clamp end, I believe I used a 3" pipe plug as a blank and machined a V-clamp from that.
Once I had all the parts gathered, I welded them out with a simple wire feed at my home shop.
For the turbo oil return lines, I used 7/8 "exchanger tubing" and 7/8 wet exhaust hose. I used 3/8 flat stock for the flanges.
