Bring your wallet and I'll make the time for Lawrence. :D Seriously, I don't think we have to go do that to prove it, but if you're gonna step up and buy some product when we do, I'm sure I can make time.

Showdown at the DD Corral Oo. Oo. Oo.

Not only pistons and rings but rod and main bearings, wrist pins and crankshafts too. That's how Class 8 trucks go 700,000 miles between rebuilds. We've got the same design engine, we can bump up our longevity and performance as well. If done right, the two go hand in hand.

Hey Kieth I mean no disrespect to Lawrence, I trust his opinions. I have bought many things from DD and recommend your products to others daily. I just haven't came even close to those #'s and sure would like to see it.

Blair. . to answer your question about the radiator Evil Otto was working on, he just re-posred recently about starting it up again [he had some family medical issues]... however there doesn't seam to be enough interest in this project to get it going. .

I know I am still commited to additional radiator capasity... . but I have no contacts in the industry any more... maybe Jake will find something out.

Which of our products do you have on an 03 truck?

None on an 03, I was speaking about your products in general. I don't even have an 03 but would consider a new truck if it were that much better, that's why I would like to see it in person. This would be a great opportunity to showcase your products. I am just trying to learn about the next step in performance and reliabilty. I think we push our trucks pretty hard and sometimes we pay the price.

The 03's perform well, are quiet and have great brakes. Lawrence has found 380-400rwhp to be about the limit for towing heavy like that.

With the Stage 2's, turbo, exhaust, blah blah blah (about 380hp), he can pull his 14k 5er up Pahrump at 78mph at the crest. 1250 or less.

EGT wise, the 12v has the upper hand, but the ISBe sure is nice. :)

Regarding the pros and cons of running twins. I've decided for NOW to stick with a single turbo BUT, I'm doing all the prep work in the event of twins. Ringing and porting the head, reworking the HX35, yada, yada... I think we need a little more "heavy pulling” research before I comment. I'm mainly concerned about higher cylinder pressures, advanced timing that the Edge Comp is giving me and the overall long longevity of the engine. I only had 146k miles on my engine before I melted #6 piston and we still don’t know why it happened. I’ve been running 400 hp for about 100k of those miles and I’m pretty easy on the hot-roding. Thanks for all the feed back guys :)

Hey Joe I have a question for you, over time does the piston material change and allow it just to melt down one day even though you have run it at 1300 + degrees many times. I'm not sure I worded that correctly but sure would like to talk about it.

Hey Joe, cat got your tongue  This is something I'd really like your opinion on.
