AFE Pro-Guard 7 Replacement Filter ??

ats and the new 3rd gen pump

Well they are almost finished, started on them friday and am getting close I do need some ideas on an air filter though, I will try and post some pics...

Lookin good, are you going to have to relocate your oil filter? looks to be in the way. what are you doing with your HTB2 is this part of the twins. best of luck...

The HTB2 is on top right now. As far as the oil filter goes I am going to trim 3/4" off of the compressor snout of the BHT3B and I think I can sneak a 4" 90 degree bend in there then, at least I am hoping. Relocating the oil filter would be OK too, does anyone know of a kit and possibly how thick the sandwiched adapter is?

Thanks for the link, I may have to give them a call if I think that will solve some problems, It definetly would make changing filters nice.

that looks real nice, patrick!! good work. i'm going with a remote mount on mine. it'll make changing both filters easier.

Sweet man! I met you and saw your truck at the Bennett's BBQ Christmas party but not formally. I'm in Castle Rock often and will have to come by so you can take me for a spin. One of a few Chevys I wouldn't mind being seen in :D :-laf

Nick, that would be fine. Give me a call whenever 303-521-0809.

Dave - What did you end up doing for an air filter, I remember you had some issues with being a little close to your oil filter also. Have you found any other kits other than City Diesels? Price seems high for a remote mount but if they are the only game in town than so be it.

Have you looked at the BMK-15 dual filter mount from Amsoil? It's a few bucks cheaper plus you get bypass filter too. I have one mounted on the right side battery but no twins (yet)

The wastegate I ordered from www.extremepsi.com and if you are talking about the spacer in between the top turbo and the manifold I had to make that. The spacer made fitting the bottom turbo easier since the top turbo position could then be played with.

patrick, i'm still using my bhaf. looking for an affordable alternative for when i get my remote mount pieced together. if you call city diesel, they have a cheaper set-up.
