New product release from South Bend Cluch

Yeah,

I agree with you Jeff. Technology has progressed tremendously in just one year.

Just think back to Muncie 2002, when there were maybe 3 or 4 trucks at the entire show with twins.

Heck, I think 1 out of 3 trucks at Muncie this year had twins.

I can only imagine what next year will bring...

Maybe so but for me the price and performance of the HT3B will be hard to beat. If the pricing of your new B-2 is similar to your B-1 the B-2 will cost about 4-5 times as much as an HT3B. That defiantely comes in to play for someone like myself. Just MHO. :)

The B2 is $650 to $700.

Haisilys Green Dodge ( Mr West).

The green Dodge next to Haiselys tent had some huge (smaller turbo larger then a HX55) plumbed.

Unbelievabley huge twin setup.

I know who sells the best turbos :D

I also know who makes the best twins :p:p:p:p

All in good fun. .

All the shops making twins that I know of make a good product for an application. The trick is picking the application.

Who makes the best ones for you is not the same guy for someone else.

Mark

Everything is going good ,I haven't had much time to test an tune yet. Just taking pressure and temp readings in an effort to find just the right combo of things. I can say that the egt issue is non-existent and the drive pressure readings are, shall we say :D . Drive pressure is less than boost pressure up to and beyond 60 psi. :) The powerband of the turbos are beyond what my truck can take, when the ecm rpm's out, the truck is pulling harder than ever, the power increases dramatically up until that point. There is way more to be had ( if I could just squeeze a couple hundred more rpm out) LOL. About your post on the fastest dually, A good friend who dyno'd 490 at Muncie and then ran a 13. 8 before the rain will tell you that my truck makes his look slow. I hope to run the track this week if all goes well . Fred
