I have heard many say NOT to T-Into the the stock location but after talking to a few people and shops (Haisleys) I chose to go the T route because its more than enough for both turbo's. My big charger also sits up on the fender though so oil almost drops directly down to the fitting. Gravity would have a hard time working I think when you have the turbo sitting down in the standard Twin location and there for drilling a hole in the pan would be a better option.
As for the feed lines. If you search my screen name you will find some posts on this as well but I will give you a brief run down of those posts.
Although 4-an is more than enough (3-an would even work well) most people go with 6-an just because you have a better selection of fittings (also, if you search that post you will find all the needed fittings for most setups of chargers).
