Twins vs driveability

Do having twins on a truck effect it's every day useage. I would love to install twins, but i have do drive this truck every day and tow with it. Is this set up feasable for everyday use. what problems can i expect from this set up and what drivetrain parts will fail down the road that would not normally fail. And lastly what has to be done to the engine other than the turbo install at the time of installation? Sorry for all the girly questions, just a bit worried about a mod that big.

Most of the people go to twins to increase driveability levels with thier higher hp engines. Usually when you get in the higher ranges the single charger you need to properly boost and maintain egts is such a dawg on the bottom end that the truck is hard to use for daily use. A good set of "towing twins" will increase the amount of usable hp that you have.

In normal driving situations, you basically can't even tell you have twins. Mine have been on a couple of weeks, and its no problem whatsoever.

My PDR Towing Twins work very good for every day driving. I have no ill effects and it drives very good with very little smoke running at about the 460+ hp range. I have the stock head gasket with a set of studs and I am running between 55 and 60 lbs of boost. I have had them for about 6k miles so far and tow about 14K.

Do twins work very good on moderate boost? Say around 40psi? That my be a little easier for everyday driving.

Most of the time I am under 30 psi. They work very well at low boost, since basically the little one is doing all the work and the big one is doing nothing.

Plus the third gen MLS headgasket has been proven to handle 65+lbs in stock form (for how long I dont know) but I would say at 50-55 lbs you wouldnt have to do anything to the motor as long as you set it up correctly to run safe boost PSI.
