2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help with exhaust tinkering

I'm in the process of getting a new truck, and I've decided that I want to run twins on it. I would just like some input, from personal experience or if you know someone that has a set. What turbos are you using/ who's kit? Did you buy or build the plumbing for them? What injectors are you using, And what other mods do you have. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also approximate cost would be greatly appreciated.

If you had your head studded and O-ringed, How much did that run you?

Thanks for the input,

Sean

I run PDR's Street/Strip version (HX40/B3), i have Bully Dog extrude honed stage 5 injectors, a TST PM3 comp (tweaked for a bit more fuel coming in lower) and my head is fire ringed (not O-ringed) and uses ARP 12mm HS's.

I have a SBC 3850# Dual Disc with the 12 cerramic pucks and billet input shaft.

I dont use an engine mounted lift pump and have -6AN lines from the tank mounted mallory 140 through the stock filter housing and to the VP. No Banjo's left in the system.

theeeere might' be a few other things i purposely left out :D

I'm planning to upgrade to EDM injectors and add a MAD ECM along with an automatic swapped in this winter.

all total about $13 grand spent to date

call power by poole he just put out a set of twins that was a dodgezilla and b2 with mach 6's and put 600hp to the tire on a dtt trany visit his web page on my signature.

 Nah!!! We share everything over here don't we.

I've been talking With Rip Rook at Sourceautomotive. He currently doesn't have a set he is making for the public, but he said his set uses the dodgezilla to spool an S-400. He also said he is putting down 535 with mach 2's and 607 with Mach 6's. So I'm just wondering whats the difference between the s400 and say A b3 or I think the Ht3b. Also, what is the difference between o-ring and fire ring.

Thanks this has been a huge help, I'll give some of these other guys a call.

Do you have a 53 block by chance. Looking at your profile you have way more power than mine and I was wanting to add injectors to mine... but kinda scared thinking more power would increase my chances of a crack.

Not sure exactly who this is directed at. But my understanding of the 53 block cracking problem is that excessive over heating causes cavitating and in that one special spot the block can't handle it. However, I might be wrong about that. On my 12v, I put in injectors and didn't notice any difference in engine temp. So I don't think you will have any problems with it. I haven't seen tempature yet for the 24v. I pick mine up on Monday. Ask around, but I don't think that would increase the likely hood of it cracking, if the reason I have heard is the correct one.
