Thining out the fat dodge

Ford 6.0L designed to require centane additives???

Whats funny is all the looks and stares my (beautiful) wife gets driving down the road, all the while the little one in the rear car seat is really having the best time. Now it gets even better when mom drops the window just when the guys start to act up. I guess their ego takes a bigger hit by having Cheerios* flung at them by a 3 year old than anything my wife could do with the right pedal. Gotta love those black windows.

LMAO! Back when I still had my Dmax (yeah it's not a fair comparison but well... ) I was wokin offshore on a job for a week so I let my girlfriend at the time take my truck to college. I made sure I had my Juice on Level 2 and not Level 4 when I left. Anyway I'd call and she'd tell me about the guys starign at her and then smoking the tires and laying a cloud. It's always good to see a lady in a big ol truck.

Have you been offended by anything that we have said about females/trucks... or are you being facetious? It's hard to tell just by reading a few lines of text.

Yeah once my fiancee, Melissa, got behind the wheele, she was alittle intimidated, but once she got the feel for it, she was all smiles! I told her to not be afraid and punch it, and she did, and she was laughing and smiling and having a good ol' time! It made me very happy. She loves the power of the CTD. Now she wants to drive it all the time! Just something about a pretty blonde behind the wheel of a big ol diesel...

Matt - I was only kidding! I've found the people here to be very friendly and helpful. I have to laugh at some of the threads, but a woman doesn't go on a truck forum without expecting guys to talk like guys (although I'm very glad we don't have a "chicks in bikinis & high heels" picture section... ) :) I would have added one of me in knee deep snow, muck boots, carhart coat and covered with hay (now there's a pinup picture!)

Valarie: Okay - I'm glad that you're a cool enough gal to understand how us guys think. :cool: We'd love to see a picture of your truck... and if you're so inclined - include yourself in the frame.

Paul - I was thinking of a stack right through the hood on the VW... . less pipe to worry about that way... and I can see the smoke easier. :-laf

Well, it's official, this morning my girlfriend (another one of those 5'5" cuties) said that as soon as I get a new truck, she'll be happy to learn how to drive it. Needless to say, I was all :D at first, then I realized that once she get's the hang of it, I might never get to drive it again :rolleyes: :{

While I'm thinking of it - anyone want to buy a '92 W250 with almost 300,000 on the clock? :cool:

Blue-Beast, very nice. Very nice, indeed! I have a great pic of my cutie sitting on the hood of my truck, but I don't know how to get it on here! I don't have a scanner (it's not a digital photo):(

Kinko's copy Center, UPS store, all of them can scan it for you for less than a buck. I had some stuff done at Walmart on their kodak machine, came out perfect.

I just need to get my pics off of my desktop. I can't have it hooked up the internet directly due to its contents (bank, business, credit info). We had a hacker hurt us pretty bad last year. I am too lazy to put the pics on CD.
