two issues w/04.5 600

I had the TSB 18-007-04 reflash done yesterday-has not been cold, but truck runs much smoother-have not noticed any improvement in MPG- I'm about 16½ w/75% highway. Highway speeds probably average 70ish.

The "600" is largely the same as last years HO, whatever the problem is, I don't expect it to be catastrophic. So far it doesn't sound like anyone has needed a tow or an engine replacement.

My 600 I got Saturday is already back to them for the vibration and reflash. The vibration is as Fancy indicated and I expect the relash will handle the flat spot. I agree and feel the same as you on the exhaust, as you said it's all new and obviously muffles more than the 04 since it's twice as quiet and meanwhile they've increased the flow through the same exhaust. Vibration is a distinct possibility. If I still have it when I pick it up Thursday I'm pulling the muffler to see what happens. On the hesitation, I heard from a number of members that they had found loose injector holddowns and one had a bad injector and another had all 6 injectors bad. FYI.
