Trailer brakes surging

Exhaust brakes not needed with auto transmissions?

Check equipment bone yards. If you are thinking about one for a ram, they're pretty big. Why not a gear vendors or U. S. Gear???

you need to look at gear selection available for the more popular ones out there and then try and find one of that make/model. You'll find most of them have no higher than a 4:10:1 ratio standard for the high side gear. now to do a gear swap you're looking at another $800-$1500 to gear it where you could use it. (again provided you buy one that has a taller gear available)

i assume you're looking for a taller high gear than what you have and a comparable low gear than current too?

long story short, good luck! i dont think you'll find what you're looking for or at least not at an affordable cost campared to a Gear vendors or US gear overdrive.

hmm, i was afraid of that one... maybe ill have to go US gear, as gear vendors isnt to my liking. i would like to go to a 35ish inch tire in the long run, and keep my 4. 10's then have a 4. 88 or 5. 13 ish gear for hills. should keep me real nice in the power band for running up hills empty or loaded.
