U-connect Mopar Owners website and VHR

Here the past couple of weeks I have not been able to get into my Mopar Owners Connect and have not received my Ram VHR or my Jeep VHR. Has anyone else noticed that problem ? I talked to Cuss Somemore Service and they said there was a software update, so I guess I need to takee the truck in and have it updated. Finally got over 5,000 miles on it I need to put some DEF in the truck also. :--) That's amazing being as I have not been driving the truck or the Jeep due to health issues.

I have never really paid any attention as to when my Ram report normally comes in but mine came in today.

Well I got my VHR for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but not for my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie, maybe after i have the software updated at the dealer on Wednesday.

take your Ram out and drive it and you will get the VHR. I've left one sitting for a month and then take it out for a drive and within minutes it will talk to the satellite and update with a VHR.

I drove my truck to Reno NV. and back and have not received a new VHR. The last one I got was in August but have not gotten one since. But I have gotten one for my Jeep and I got another one for the Jeep today.

I have not received any new Vehicle health reports for my Jeep and or my Ram Truck. I get all kinds of crap that they (Mopar) want me to buy but no monthly vehicle health report.

I used to get the VHR monthly (on the same day of each month). Then this past fall they stopped coming. Then the first part of this month I started receiving them every day for about 4 days. That has since stopped. Maybe they will start monthly again. Must be a glitch but I think its on the sending end and not the truck.
