Based on what I've come across so far the following these appear to be the Spicer u-joints that are currently available.
Spicer U-joints are Driveshaft - SPI-5-1410X and Front Axle at Wheels/Dana 60 - SPI-SPL55X. https://www.drivetrainamerica.com/5-1410x-dana-spicer-1410-u-joint-non-greasable-5-801x/ and https://www.drivetrainamerica.com/spl55x-dana-spicer-1480-spicer-driveshaft-u-joint-non-greasable/

The Spicer carrier bearing 211848-1X. https://www.drivetrainamerica.com/spicer-211848-1x-dodge-ram-dana-driveshaft-center-support-bearing/

I wish I could find the video showing exactly why Spicer universals are way better than any other brand. I can't find it and I had a laptop die that had the link. I only use Spicer u-joints now. After 39 years beating the heck out of a 69 CJ-5 I have found Spicer stuff is the strongest and best designed. I have placed them under extreme stress in hardcore rock crawling and they last the best and longest. Anyway, my .0002 Cents..

No matter what brand the parts are at the mercy of the installer. Here Prof. Kelly at weber State starts almost 5 hours of a 7 part U joint master class videos. History, removal, installation, measuring, centering and a bunch more.
