Uconnect 8.4 & 8.4an update - 17.11.07

I just checked mine. 17.09.01. Should I worry about upgrade? If so, do I just wait for the push?

You will have to wait, or manually update it yourself. SnoKing

I finally got a human to respond at Uconnect...what I was told by customer support will surprise you. She said not to install any OTA update until the 2018 version comes out near the end of 2017. She said there was a huge issue with the 2017 latest OTA update that they stopped having vehicle update that had not completed the latest version. Now, whether this was one tech's version of an official email or was a legitimate response from someone that knows what they are talking about...who knows...Info Only!

Since we are close to the end of 2017, I’d say then that the 2018 update should be out pretty darn soon. I won’t hold my breath however. Look how long it took UConnect to roll out the ‘17 update. I get the feeling this is a company that hasn’t quite figured out how to write stable software code.
