Uconnect wifi hotspot

So I was wanting to set up my truck to be a wifi Hotspot through Uconnect, but when I go to AT&T Website and out in my VIN it says that it's not available for my vehicle. I have a 2019 Ram longhorn with the 12" Display. Is there a way to make it compatible if it isn't out from the factory, if so how? My wife and I will be traveling the first f October and she is college (online courses) so this feature would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Thanks I didn't see it on the list, now is there anyway to make it have that with like a computer flash from the dealer or something?

Per the FAQ on Ram trucks pages; https://www.ramtrucks.com/uconnect/features/entertainment.html ; Tap the Apps icon on your Uconnect® touchscreen and look for the Wi-Fi Hotspot button to know if your vehicle is capable. 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot( Disclosure29) capability was introduced on select 2018 model year vehicles equipped with the Uconnect 4C and 4C NAV systems.

From looking around on other forums, it might be that AT&T is playing games. You may need to call the carrier.

We have had issues with ours. Found out about a required firmware update back in July. Unable to flash the update so needed to exchange the radio. Replacing the radio required notifying AT&T of the new IMEI and ICCID numbers. The rep said the numbers update would take 72 hours. Three days later it was working great. Typically the hotspot will have at least one more bar than my AT&T iPhone.
