Ugh! My factory truck alarm won't disarm!

I had a factory alarm installed in my 2006 truck today, which I negotiated when I bought it last week. When I got home I found that the alarm will not disarm. I can lock the truck any way I want an have the alarm arm. If I unlock the doors with the key or the key fob, the doors unlock and the alarm stays armed. Of course it goes off when I open the door causing me to reset it.



I now have my alarm in valet mode so it won't arm.



Any ideas? I won't be able to take it back to the dealer until Monday.

It is fixed. The dealer had to reprogram it, so I guess they missed a step the first time.
