I hate the epa and this new diesel I would love to connect a pipe to my exhaust and vent it in there houses and stop the pedal while under load and fill it with the nastyest soot possible ok no that I got that off my chest the reason.

just wondered if any one else has noticed this. Gas price buy me has been steady at 2. 30 minus or plus . 05, diesel was 2. 43 to 2. 45 until the stations got the new Ultra low in now they are all right about 2. 79.

Great thinking on the epa and govenment lets make the trucks and fuel better for the enviroment, no complaint there except we are all going to die or reck the atmosphere eventually, even nature its self effect the ozone ect. But to make a change like this then it cost us more stupid move especially when the economy suck worse then ever any ways just had to post my complaint fill free to post your thought and if you have notice this price differents around you. :)

ooooh!

LOL... The chevron by the office here has the good ol 500ppm for 2:49... Just not worth the trouble to me to get the cans out and all for just a few pennies less. .

I run offroad fuel so I dont worry about it. ULSD Sucks!

Nice until you get pulled into a fuel check and fined with a very hefty fine for that. I know someone this summer who got bagged with their sprint car/midget rig coming back from the Belleville,KS nationals this summer and its not something you want to chance.

I do not understand myself why the newer 15ppm fuel has added costs now as it begins to appear out here even. Today I fueled my 12v up and paid another 6cents a gallon(2. 599) for it as it has been around 2. 539 for weeks. Nice of the government to fall in line with the rest of life, take the bad stuff out(no matter if its food, drinks or our diesel) and its cost goes thruough the roof. Makes one wonder why they even put the crap in the first time doesn't it. One added feature I really enjoy is the almost 3mpg loss in milage with it for the added costs, slick deal... ... ... ... ... Andy

On Edit. .

Did I also mention that you better keep some spare fuel filters around also when you switch to running this new 15ppm fuel. Its as harsh as #1 diesel and cleans all the bad crap out of your system and plugs up the fuel filter early on you. The first one on mine went downhill at 3,000 miles then the second one went south right before service time.

The state of GA DOT does not stop personal vehicles to check fuel. This was quoted to us by the DOT themselves. Jeff is a supervisor of transportation at our school bus shop and this question gets asked to the DOT every June/July when they come down to inspect the bus's.
